We deliver across Jordan within 24 hours. Delivery costs 2 JOD within Amman and 3 JOD to all other governorates. We also offer free in-store pickup from any of our three Amman branches (Wadi Saqra, Mecca Mall, Al Garden).
What is the returns policy? ▾
Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase, in-store only, on items in unworn and original condition with tags still attached. Please bring your receipt when returning. Made-to-measure and custom orders are non-returnable, but we include complimentary alterations to ensure the perfect fit.
How do I pay for my order? ▾
We accept payment via CliQ (Jordan's instant bank-to-bank payment system) and direct bank transfer. For orders placed through WhatsApp, our team will confirm your order and send payment details directly. In-store purchases can also be settled in cash.
Which sizes do you carry? ▾
Suits and blazers are available in sizes 42–70. Shirts come in S–XXL. Trousers, chinos and jeans in waist sizes 30–48. Belts in S–XL. See our full Size Guide →
Can I visit without an appointment? ▾
Absolutely. All three branches welcome walk-in visitors during trading hours — no appointment needed. For made-to-measure consultations or group bookings (e.g. wedding parties), we recommend calling ahead so we can give you our full attention.
